An 8-week group program curated for runners of all levels who are ready to run a 10k this November, supporting the students of The Larc Norcross School.
Join a supportive, structured training group to prepare for the Run the Bridge 10k on 11/2/25.
Program Runs: September 8 – November 2, 2025
Race Day: Sunday, November 2, 2025
Virtual or In-Person Race Options Available
Note that registration for the 10k Your Way program does NOT include race registration for the Run the Bridge event. Race registration can be purchased separately through the race website.
Whether you’re running your first 10K or chasing a personal best, this program gives you the tools, structure, and support to show up to the start line with confidence.
First timers are welcome!

When you join this group, you’re not only investing in yourself. You’re giving back.
Half of all proceeds will be donated to The Larc Norcross School, a private non-profit approved private special education school in Bellmawr, NJ, serving students with a wide range of severe to profound disabilities.
Larc offers effective special education programs and therapies for students ages 3 to 21.
Meet your coach
Michelle Quirk, MD
I may be a pediatrician, but I'm really passionate about helping busy professionals to prioritize their well-being through running and fitness. I remember what it was like to feel discouraged and stuck when I started out in the sport.
I started Mindful Marathon to help others improve their lives by embracing running and exercise. I’m all about celebrating our current fitness, wherever that happens to be, and I’m a big believer in the idea that every runner starts from somewhere.
Here’s what you’ll get inside 10k Your Way
8 Week Training Plan
Beginner Plan: 3 days/week of running. Run/walk optional. Ideal for newer runners wanting to focus on consistency.
Advanced Plan: 4 days/week of running. 1 speedwork session. Ideal for experienced runners seeking a time goal.
3 Live Coaching Sessions
Each call includes a topic, Q&A, and connection time. Sample topics include getting started with ease, training mindset, pacing 101, race day strategy & logistics.
Plenty of time for Q&A. Every session is recorded for easy access at your convenience.
2 In-Person Group Runs
For those in the Philly area, we will have 2 group meet-ups ahead of our November 2nd race day!
Led by Coach Michelle. All paces are welcome.
On-Demand Training Library
Warmup and Cooldown stretches, Fundamentals of Running guides, and race day preparation guide.
Access to library of expert guest coaching sessions including yoga, meditation, sleep, and strength training for runners.
Welcoming Community
Access to private group for this specific 10k challenge.
Join new and old friends in our Mindful Marathon community of runners to help with motivation and accountability.

8-Week Program begins 9/8/25, and will run through 11/2/25.
Once registered, you will be asked to select which training group you’d like to be placed into: beginner or advanced.
I’m offering a tiered pricing model to make this program as inclusive and community-supported as possible.
